You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use TalkWithStrangers.club. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. We remove accounts we believe belong to minors.

TalkWithStrangers.club lets adults chat with strangers by text, voice and video, 1-on-1 and in chat rooms. The service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You must not: involve minors in any way; share sexual content; harass, threaten or discriminate; share anyone's personal information; scam, spam or phish; record or share other users' conversations without consent; impersonate others; use bots or automation; or break any law.

We may filter, review, remove or restrict content and accounts, including by device-level bans, to keep the service safe. We may report illegal content to authorities. You may appeal enforcement decisions at [email protected].

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us a limited licence to transmit, store and process it only to operate, moderate and improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

Users are strangers. We do not verify identities and are not responsible for what other users say or do, but we act on reports under these Terms and our Guidelines.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using TalkWithStrangers.club and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
